General - Sales are credit card only.
- Sales tax will be charged unless the customer supplies a resale certificate or seller's license, depending on their state's requirements.
- Products are guaranteed to be free of workmanship defects. Returns will be issued credit or a refund depending upon the customer's wishes.

- Shipping is via UPS unless otherwise requested.
Wholesale - Orders are by the complete case only. Minimum of 3 cases.
- First orders are credit card only. Terms may be considered for regular customers.
- Orders will receive confirmation sales order email with total price. Upon approval, deposit is charged.
- Sapothecary branded soaps will ship 3-5 days after order confirmation.
- Private label orders will ship 6-8 weeks after order confirmation due to the long cure time for cold-process soap.
- Custom soap orders will ship 6-8 weeks from receipt of deposit; custom packaging may extend lead time.
- Custom soaps must be ordered as one full case per scent and/or size.
- Custom logo stamps vary but average $290 one time setup charge. Turnaround can add a week to the ship date.
- 50% deposit due upon ordering, balance due on delivery. Orders will not be made until deposit is received.
- Fully paid for soaps can be stored for 3 months at no charge, $20 per case per month after that.
- There is a handling charge of $2.50 per case.
- All prices are FOB plant, Northern California.
